Filip Kroutil became a key player of BK Děčín in last season. He is one of the best shooters in KNBL and he is capable to hit a 3PT shot at any circumstances. In this season he also became a very good defender and improved his game with the ball. He can play pick and roll very effectively and create a good position for himself or teammates. He showed up as a classic all around player, when he produce a lot of assists and rebounds too.
