Deng was a member of the highly successful Akron Zips university team. He starts at Center and is one of the classic pivot types. Deng is 208 cm tall and has a large arm span which makes him a very troublesome defender. He has very good footwork, solid mid-range and longer range shooting. Great pick and roll player, where he aggressively rolls to the basket and finishes.
